Andrzej Domański


In his role as a Consultant and a Coach, he specialises in the area of sales – key account management and personal development – emotional intelligence and mindfulness.

He has been involved in the training and consultancy industry for several years as a sales director, operations director, project manager, consultant and a coach. He has completed dozens of consulting projects in the field of HR research and consultancy (HR audit, AC/DC, competence assessment, employee opinion surveys, periodic evaluations) and dozens of employee development projects (talent programmes, leadership academies, sales force development programmes, facilitation support, e-learning implementations, etc.).

He has a master’s degree in management and psychology, a postgraduate degree in sales team management, a licensed sales trainer of the IMPACT system, The Brooks Group, is certified in Prince 2 Project Management, and is in the process of certification as an ACC ICF coach and mindfulness teacher (MBLC).

He is a lecturer at the Technical University of Lodz, socially involved in the restructuring of Children’s Homes and foster care reform.
