TEAM DEVELOPMENT PARTNER / CONSULTANT
At 4Results, I carry out implementation projects using QRM and Lean methods. I conduct comprehensive analyses of production processes. I help our clients to achieve the best results and on their way to operational excellence.
I build and implement continuous improvement systems, Developing Competence of Operators (TWI) and management systems – meeting grids with metrics, visualisation and effective meetings. I work with Leaders to implement Standardised Managerial Work (SPM), creating space for key routines.
A particular area of interest for me is Visual Thinking methodology – which builds engagement (i-drive) at the lowest level of the organisation by co-creating friendly workspaces with employees. I work directly with production, creating hundreds of visuals, then using the Kamishibai tool to refine the resulting work standards and build employee awareness.
My remaining time at 4Results is spent learning new management methods and developing know-how and improving existing knowledge. I help my colleagues in the implementation process in the Organisation and during the implementation of the transformation.
I am a graduate of the Kielce University of Technology at the Faculty of Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering, as well as postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety. I also completed my Master’s degree in Quality Management.
