At 4Results, I am responsible for the area of sales and marketing improvement services. Apart from offer development, I also manage projects. My task is to provide customers with the fullest possible support in one of the most important areas of their business – sales and marketing. I get involved at the strategy level, from which specific recommendations and actions for all levels of the organisation result. I shape, for example, strategies based on the ‘Focus on Core’ approach. Depending on the customer’s situation, I act on a broad, strategic scope or focus on selected issues that need to be improved or changed.

When improving sales, I help customers to move smoothly through the change process with the highest possible level of security so that the desired business results (medium and long-term goals) emerge at the end. In companies, I implement a culture based on the responsibility of teams for the key direction of the company, using incentive programmes combined with an operational plan. I work out ways to organise, improve and develop teams in the face of parallel organisational changes. I conduct mentoring and coaching sessions for employees with important roles in organisational development.

For over 10 years, I worked in managerial positions (marketing and sales) at Mars Polska (Masterfoods). I was responsible for team development and management as well as brand management. I implemented a number of campaigns for the Snickers brand in Poland and Central Europe, including: ‘And you go on’, ‘You’re not you when you’re hungry’. I coordinated performance growth projects in Central Europe. As a member of the Market Management Board of Mars Polska, I influenced the development of the operational management process and the growth of the organisation. I also worked as an Interim Manager (e.g. Managing Director and Sales Director), responsible for the implementation of new strategies, development of corrective and optimisation measures, reconstruction of the sales department and restructuring in the areas of finance and customer relations. I am a judge at the Polish National Sales Awards.

I graduated from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in: Management and Marketing, Finance and Banking; Tilburg University in the Netherlands: Strategic Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management.

I have conducted consulting/coaching/training projects for such companies as: Biella, Black Red White, Bonduelle, Ellert, Erbud, Hochland, Indykpol, Lafarge, Mars, Merck, Storck, TBM Snacks, and Trodat.
