I am responsible for 4Results’ strategy, product development and new development directions. In my cooperation with customers, I derive great satisfaction from conducting strategic workshops, building a common vision, activating energy for new ventures, and setting ambitious goals. I am fascinated by new management directions related to the ever-changing market, VUCA TIME. I am looking for methods to launch teams, and build effective structures with constantly changing market conditions: changing demographics, customer expectations, dynamic competition, etc. The question to which I am constantly looking for an answer is how to build committed teams in this day and age.

My experience includes 20 years of working in the area of competence development of senior and middle management in leading companies on the Polish market. I have served as a manager, coach, mentor and lecturer. I managed the 4Results Group for 14 years. Prior to that, I had been the leader of development projects at the House of Skills for 5 years.

I am certified as a leader of change and shaping organisational culture (ITIM), ICC Coach, ICC Business Coach, ICC Supervisor, Group Coach (WSPS/LP) and Extended Disc. I am also a coach at the Academy of Leadership Psychology at the Warsaw University of Technology. I graduated from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
