I am responsible for the development of services and competences in the area of Organization Improvement and Lean Management.
At 4Results, I am responsible for the development of services and competencies in the area of Organisation Improvement and Lean Management. My activities are focused on comprehensively supporting customers in optimising their decision-making and operational processes. I work with customers on a strategic and operational level, preparing, implementing and supervising comprehensive optimisation programmes and business analyses. Together with boards, leaders and project teams, I work out and implement changes and develop senior, middle and entry-level staff, adopting people to a new quality of work. My expected outcome of joint project activities, apart from a high ROI, is that people are satisfied and engaged in new ways of working.
I specialise in implementing strategic business improvement programmes based on the customer’s business needs and competitive requirements. Combining extensive experience in Lean Management, TPM and people development, I create tailor-made solutions to improve operational areas.
I graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology in the faculties of Transport and Production Engineering.
I have carried out implementation and training projects at, for example: Agora, Agros Nova, Anwil, Grupa Ciech SA, Com40, Correct, Ekoplon, Ellert, Grupa Inco Veritas, Iglotex, Kamis, KGHM, Korona, Kreisel, Kruszwica, Lotos, Nowa Dolina Nidy, Newag, Philips, TBM Snacks, Top Farms, Warta Glass, Zorka, and Żywiec Zdrój.
