In the initial stages of cooperation, I help business owners, CEOs and executives define their needs and identify areas of greatest benefit from consulting. During implementation – I support harmonious cooperation between consultants and the customer’s team.

The source of my expertise is a wealth of successful experience in different types of businesses. During a career spanning almost 20 years, I have worked my way up from an engineer to CEO. For instance, I successfully implemented high-budget transformations for international FMCG production companies. I defined structures, created tools, built teams and implemented processes. I implemented green field projects for suppliers of the world’s largest IT manufacturing companies. I have carried out multi-faceted transformations of companies in the areas of strategy, image, product portfolio, distribution channels, sourcing, supply chain and operations. I have managed companies with Polish and foreign capital. I have worked with executives and experts from European countries, the USA, Russia and Asia.

I am an engineer and manager by education, a graduate of, among others, the University of Minnesota Executive MBA programme and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
