I am a manager with more than 20 years of business experience working in multinational corporations, financial institutions and consulting. Since 2017, I have been involved in the consulting and training industry as Sales Director and Head of Corporate Projects. To my credit, I have successfully completed dozens of training and development projects (Leader Academies, talent programmes, succession programmes) as well as large international transformations and organisational culture modelling projects.

At 4Results, I am responsible for sales, key client relationship management and employee competence development at all levels of our clients’ organisations. I specialise in designing academies and development processes for boards and executives.

I am an enthusiast of good books, Far Eastern culture and cuisine, a coffee connoisseur and a Pink Floyd fan. In my spare time I play the piano and spend time on the tennis court.
